*GSAR Members are permited to register for up to 25 free CE hours in 2008. As an alternative to this form, or for more information about becoming a REALTOR, you can click here to download Sales and Broker course registration form and schedule. Salesperson

The New York State Salesperson's 45 hour Qualifying Course prepares you for your career in real estate and is required by NYS in order to apply for your license. The last day of the class is an exam in which you are given 3 hours to complete. Includes textbook. Total Recall Learning (TRL) is a online interactive study aid that better prepaires you for the NYS Exam.

Broker Courses

The Broker Qualifying Course (45 hours) will prepair you for the New York State Brokers exam that is required to recieve your Broker license. Total Recall Learning (TRL) is a online interactive study aid desgined to help retain exam material. GSAR Members $361.39 with Total Recall Learning (TRL) guide and $275 without guide. Non-members $386.39 with TRL and $300 without.

Mandatory Ethics Traning:

Free for GSAR members / $35 for non-members. Required by the National Association of REALTORS: Each Realtor member of the association shall be required to complete quadrennial ethis training of not less than two hours and thirty minutes of instructional time. Failure to satisfy this requirement shall be considered a violation of a membership duty for which a Realtor member shall be suspended until such a time as the training is completed. 4 hours of ce

Fair Housing Compliance, Easier Than You Think:

Free for GSAR members, $55.00 for non-members. Can you afford a $11,000 fine for a first time offense? Learn how to protect yourself from charges of discrimination. If charged, you are presumed GUILTY unless you can prove your innocence. This class is appoved by the DOS's new Fair Housing requirement. 3hours of ce
