Appraisers

By becoming an affiliate member of CNYIS, you will have the opportunity to have access to the Supra Key Box System. In order for you to have access, the following requirements must be met:

1. All applicants must belong to The Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS.

2. Applicants must submit an application to CNYIS Board of Directors for affiliate membership approval with a $50.00 application fee.

3. Once approved, applicants are required to pay a $300.00 annual fee to CNYIS and $100.12 semi-annual fee to Supra.

4. All applicants will be required to pay a $50.00 activation fee for each key.

5. All applicants must follow CNYIS Advantage KeyBox Rules and Regulations.

6. All applicants must have a scheduled appointment either with the REALTORÒ or the homeowner before entering a home.

7. Proof of Liability Insurance.

8. Three written recommendations from current CNYIS Members (broker of record) and/or their Licensees to be submitted with application.
