The Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS (GSAR) members represent 85% of the real estate transactions within Central New York and are the leaders and decision makers who shape the future of the industry.

GSAR Member Directory Annual publication, published in March/April, is our membership phone book that lists all members and affiliates. Mailed to every GSAR member and affiliate. $150-$400/ad

Hot News Weekly news e-mail sent directly to the desktops of over 1,600 local real estate professionals every Friday. Limited to three ads per issue. Ad links to your web site. $100 per month includes four newsletters.

Banner Ad on www.cnyrealtor.com CNYrealtor.com receives, on average, 37,500 visits per month. Each banner ad is featured on every webpage and can be linked directly to your own web site to increase traffic. Advertisers receive monthly traffic report detailing number of visitors who viewed your ad and the number of visitors that clicked on your ad. $300 for six months of rotating ad.  

Mailing Labels Do you have information you would like to mail to all members of GSAR? You can make your next mailing easy and accurate by purchasing mailing labels from us. You can mail your material directly to the office of each member. $60 for Word file on CD-Rom or $100 for mailing label stickers. Lists are sorted by zip code for bulk mail.

Room Rental If you are looking for a perfect location to host your next seminar or meeting, consider renting one of GSAR’s three class rooms. Each classroom has the ability to provide you with wireless internet, LCD projector, overhead projector, TV/DVD and a laptop. $50 for hald day and $100 for full day. Coffee is included.  

Event and Education Sponsorship How would you like to really stand out? Our members love our events and free continuing education! Being recognized as an event or education gives your company awesome exposure. Sponsors are prominently displayed in a number of mediums and verbally mentioned during event. Sponsors also have the opportunity to distribute materials and have a role during the event. $100-$1000/event depending on event and level of sponsorship

Golf Hole Sponsor Sponsor a hole during our annual and very popular golf outing. $100 / hole – you keep the golf flag!
