Central New York Information Services

The Central New York Information Services (CNYIS) Inc. is a privately held mulitple listing service company. CNYIS is owned and operated by a group of Broker members of the Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS (GSAR).

All GSAR members are welcome to join CNYIS. Membership depends on your profession. Click on any of the headings for the application.

MLS Broker Member  Individual holding a broker’s license from New York State, who are engaged as principals, partners or corporate officers of a real estate firm.

Designated MLS Member Individual holding a real estate salesman’s license or a broker’s license from New York State, who are affiliated with a broker as an associate.

Affiliate Individuals who are NYS licensed home inspectors.

CNYIS Membership Expenses

MLS Access: $132/quarter or $528/year

* All CNYIS Members must also be members of GSAR.
