There are three types of membership with the Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS. Each membership depends on your profession. Click on the heading that best describes you to download the appropriate membership application.

Designated REALTOR  Individual holding a broker’s license from New York State, who are engaged as principals, partners or corporate officers of a real estate firm.

REALTOR  Individual holding a real estate salesman’s license or a broker’s license from New York State, who are affiliated with a broker as an associate.

REALTOR Broker  Individual holding a license issued by New York State and are engaged in the real estate profession other than as sole proprietors, partners, corporate, officers or branch office managers.

Application Fee: $100-$200

Dues:  $465 / year
