DESIGNATED - REALTOR® MEMBERS Individuals holding a broker’s license from New York State, who are engaged as principals, partners or corporate officers of a real estate firm.
REALTOR MEMBERS Individuals holding a real estate salesman’s license or a broker’s license from New York State, who are affiliated with a broker as an associate.
REALTOR Broker – these individuals hold a license issued by New York State and are engaged in the real estate profession other than as sole proprietors, partners, corporate, officers or branch office managers. Realtors are eligible to vote in Director Elections.
REALTOR® – these individuals hold a license issued by New York State and are engaged in the real estate profession other than as principals, partners, or corporate officers. Salesmen and other associates of a real estate office are employed by, or affiliated as an independent contractor.

AFFILIATE – these individuals are usually engaged in professions and enterprises allied to real estate such as mortgage broker, mortgage banker, title company, surveyor, home inspector, real estate appraiser, or attorney.

Membership Fees: $100.00 Application Fee (1 time only)
Membership Annual Dues: $404.00 MLS Access: $114.00/quarter or $456.00/year
Security Token: $35.00 Supra
Lockbox Key: $50.00 activation fee - $184.10/year dkey & 25.00/ year insurance (optional)
Expenses of doing business, which will vary on the company you choose, ie: business cards, advertising, phone calls, postage, copying
Additional Vehicle Expense: dependable vehicle, gas, increase mileage on your vehicle, additional auto insurance to cover increased liability for business passengers TOTAL: $1045+
