GSAR also offers advertising and sponsorship opportunities exclusively to our Affiliates.

Annual publication, published in March/April, is our membership phone book that lists all members and affiliates. Mailed to every GSAR member and affiliate.

Weekly news e-mail sent directly to the desktops of over 1,600 local real estate professionals every Friday. Limited to three ads per issue. Ad links to your web site.

Banner Ad on www.cnyrealtor.com

CNYrealtor.com receives, on average, 600,000 hits and 70,000 page views and 13,500 visitors per month. Each banner ad is featured on every webpage and can be linked directly to your own web site to increase traffic. Advertisers receive monthly traffic report detailing number of visitors who viewed your ad and the number of visitors that clicked on your ad.

Directory Enhancement

All GSAR members and affiliates are listed within the CNY Real Estate Directory on www.cnyrealtor.com. You can enhance your listing by adding a picture, additional information and link to your website from our directory. This drives visitors from our website to yours.

Mailing Labels

Do you have information you would like to mail to all members of GSAR? You can make your next mailing easy and accurate by purchasing mailing labels from us. You can mail your material directly to the office of each member.

Room Rental

If you are looking for a perfect location to host your next seminar or meeting, consider renting one of GSAR’s three class rooms. Each classroom has the ability to provide you with wireless internet, LCD projector, overhead projector, TV/DVD and a laptop. We can also provide you with coffee, donuts and other foods. $50-$200 per day.

Event and Education Sponsorship

How would you like to really stand out? Our members love our events and free continuing education! Being recognized as an event or education gives your company awesome exposure. Sponsors are prominently displayed in a number of mediums and verbally mentioned during event. Sponsors also have the opportunity to distribute materials and have a role during the event. $100-$1000/event depending on event and level of sponsorship
