Upon acceptance as a member, the Designated-REALTOR® may become a Member in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Please download, complete and return the form located at the bottom of this page.
The MLS participation fees are as follows:
- One time initial participation fee: $1,000.00
- Initial participation fee if member of another MLS $500.00
- MLS quarterly access fee: $114.00
There are fees from SUPRA Products, the supplier of lockbox keys that would be applicable if you elect to have a lockbox key after the Board of Directors has approved you. The $114 also allows you computer access with the purchase of the proper software. If you wish MLS access, please enclose a check for your one time initial fee of $1000 made payable to CNYIS, Inc. Your application will then go to the CNYIS Board of Directors for approval. Letters of Reference are required with your application from two (2) references.
