Thank you for your interest in affiliate membership in the Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS, Inc. For over 80 years, the GSAR has united businessmen and women for a common purpose – to have a strong collective voice in decisions affecting the real estate profession.

As practitioners of related industries, you too have no doubt benefited from our efforts. By becoming a GSAR Affiliate member, those benefits can be expanded.  Please return the completed form along with a check for $50.00 (application fee) made payable to the GSAR attention Denise Yerdon at the Association office. When we are in receipt of your completed application, it will go before our Board of Directors for approval. Once the application is approved, an acceptance letter will be mailed with the amount of dues owed. The annual dues for an Affiliate membership are $300.00 per year, prorated upon the month of acceptance.  Our Board of Directors generally meets the last week of the month if you are interested in expediting this application.
