We are pleased that you would like to become a designated - REALTOR® of the Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (GSAR). A membership application has been attached to the bottom of this page for you to download.
Please complete the application located at the bottom of this page and return it to Denise Yerdon at the Association office along with a copy of your broker’s license. It is important that your license reflects you d/b/a. Please also enclose a check for $200 made payable to the Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS®, Inc.; this fee constitutes you application fee.
The GSAR membership fees are as follows:
DESIGNATED - REALTOR® MEMBERS
Individuals holding a broker’s license from New York State, who are engaged as principals, partners or corporate officers of a real estate firm. Application fee: $200.00 Annual Dues (local, state and national): $384.00
REALTOR MEMBERS
Individuals holding a real estate salesman’s license or a broker’s license from New York State, who are affiliated with a broker as an associate,. Application fee: $100.00 Annual Dues (local, state and national): $384.00 The GSAR membership year is January 1 through December 31. Letters of Reference are required with your application from two (2) references.
