When you join the Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS (GSAR) as a real estate agent, Broker or home inspector you become a REALTOR.  

Founded in 1911, GSAR has remained true to its Mission of providing resources, promoting professionalism, advancing real property rights, and positioning its Members for success. GSAR offers members educational opportunities throughout the year through NYS credit courses and seminars. Members also have the opportunity to network with fellow professionals during annual events.

As a GSAR Member and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) participant, you will have access to the most current properties for sale or rent, covering a service area of five counties in the Greater Syracuse area. As a member, when your listing(s) are entered into the MLS your property is viewed by visitors to cnyrealtor.com, realtor.com and move.com.

GSAR Members are also eligable for GSAR Member Offers and Savings and GSAR Member Services.
