Have you fulfilled your Ethics Requirement?

Between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008, every REALTOR® is required to complete a minimum of 2 1/2 hours of Code of Ethics training. REALTORS® who have completed this training as a requirement of membership in another association are not required to complete additional ethics training until the next four year cycle. GSAR offers classroom ethics training throught the year.

NEW Token Exchange Dates

For CNYIS Members who have not exchanged their old token for the new Alpine token, please come to GSAR on one of the following dates:

Friday, November 21, 2008 between 9 am & 11 am

Monday, November 24, 2008 between 9 am & 11 am

Friday, December 5th, 2008 between 9 am & 11 am and 1 pm and 3pm

Please NO WALK-INs other than during the above scheduled time. Your token will not stop working. Thank you.

Liverpool REALTOR Anthony J. Diruzzo earns REALTOR Emeritus designation

Albany – September 22, 2008 – The New York State Association of REALTORS (NYSAR) honored Liverpool REALTOR Anthony J. Diruzzo at its Fall Business Meetings for earning the REALTOR Emeritus designation. The designation is bestowed upon members of the National Association of REALTORS with 40 or more consecutive years in the real estate business.
