Online Licensing Courses

Need to fulfill your educational needs according to your schedule? On-line courses allow you to control when and where you learn. All you need is a computer, a printer and internet access. This method does not require any classroom participation and all courses offered are approved by the NYS Department of State. There is a proctored, paper-based final exam requirement for licensing courses (which you will take at GSAR by appointment).

Online 75-hour Salesperson's Course
• 2010 Course Fee $425, plus optional text book

Course Content and Completion Support:
For questions regarding course content or CE credit, Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS® Education Dept. staff is available to assist you during these times;

We have an instructor available at any time to answer any course content questions you might have! e-mail your question to Susan at proch@cnyrealtor.com and she will pass it on to our instructor. You will receive an answer back within 48 hours - during normal business hours.

Technical Support:
If you have technical support questions about our online licensing courses, Hondros Learning Student Services Associates are available to assist you during these times:

  • Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 7:00pm ET 
  • Saturday, 10:00am - 3:00pm ET 
  • Closed Sunday and major holidays

Proctored Exam:
After you have completed the New York Real Estate Sales Pre-licensing online course, you must take a proctored, paper-based final exam (which you will take at GSAR) before you are eligible to get your transcript and take the state licensing examination.
