The focus is on how the Internet has changed the real estate industry and demonstrates how you can stay ahead of the curve when it comes to meeting or exceeding the needs of today's techno-savvy consumer. Foreclosure:Prevention & Opportunities for Buyer-Clients with Randy

September 23rd 9:00am - 4:30pm (ABR Elective)
$175 for members, $200 for non-members 6 hours CE credit
You will learn how to council home-buying clients on the perils of risky finance programs, as well as how to work with buyer/clients who wish to take advantage of foreclosure properties.

Please do not send registrations to GSAR for the above NYSAR courses - we cannot process them.  You must call the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR) at (518) 463-0300 for class times, early registration discounts, continuing education credits, registration details, and other information.  Classes are held in the GSAR classroom and usually run from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

CBR

Certified Buyer Representative with Jim Pugliese, National Instructor

In the CBR program, you will receive skills-based training on how to find and manage BUYERS, including how to prospect and acquire buyer-clients, prepare a buyer presentation and get them to sign, manage the transaction, and retain buyer-clients.
