Cancellation Policy

Classes: A $25 fee will apply to all members who fail to cancel at least 72  hours prior to the start of the class for which they have registered. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only - e-mailed to dawson@cnyrealtor.com. Once received, you will be sent a receipt confirmation of the cancellation. Classes that require payment: If a request for a refund is received in writing at least 72 hours prior to the course, a full refund will be granted. If a written request is received less than 72 hours prior, a refund less a $25 processing fee will be granted. No refunds will be granted after the start of the course. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Class Cancellations:

GSAR reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. 

Emergency Weather Cancellations:

In the case of severe weather, the decision to hold class or cancel will be made the day of class — do not call in advance.  On the day of class, please call our main number (315) 457-5979.

Please keep in mind...  Reserving a seat for a class and not attending prevents other students from participating.  We strictly enfore our cancellation policy - No exceptions. Thanks for your cooperation.
