Cancellation Policy

Classes: Requests for cancellation must be received in writing NO LATER THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR to the class to avoid a $25 penalty. REFUNDS: If a written cancellation request is received less than 72 hours prior, a refund less a $25 processing fee will be granted. No refunds will be granted after the start of the course. Class Cancellations: 

GSAR reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. 

Emergency Weather Cancellations:

In the case of severe weather, the decision to hold class or cancel will be made the day of class — do not call in advance.  On the day of class, please call our main number (315) 457-5979.

Please keep in mind...  Reserving a seat for a class and not attending prevents other students from participating.  We strictly enfore our cancellation policy - No exceptions. Thanks for your cooperation.
