Cancellation Policy
Free Events:
A $25 fee will apply to all members who do not show or fail to cancel at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event for which they have registered. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only - emailed to dawson@cnyrealtor.com. Once received, you will be sent a confirmation of the cancellation. Failing to cancel hinders other members from registering.
Events that require payment:
If a request for a refund is received less than 72 hours prior to the event no refund
will be granted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
