Event Cancellation Policy
Free Event or Class:
A $15 fee will be applied to all Members who fail to cancel 48 hours prior
to the start of a FREE event or class, for which they have registered. Confirmation of cancellation will be in writing only. Failing to cancel hinders other Members from registering.
Events that require payment:
If a request for a refund is not received 3 days prior to the event no refund
will be granted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
