REALTOR Commercial Alliance

Whether you spend all or part of your time working with commercial properties, or you would like to broaden your expertise and professionalism, the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance (RCA) is the place to network, increase your knowledge and gain access to the latest in commercial real estate research and technology.

 

Become Part of the RCA: Update Your NRDS Number

If you are registered on www.REALTOR.org

  • Log-in using your User Name and Password.
  • Select "Directories" located on the dark blue toolbar at the very top, right-hand side of the page.
  • Select "Update Membership Profile (NRDS)” which can be found under the heading NAR Membership Directory.
  • Connect to NRDS and select "Find a Member," enter your last name and press "Search."
  • Choose your record and select "Change Member’s Information." Make sure all your information is correct.
  • Scroll down the page to "Fields of Business" and make selections for each of your primary and secondary commercial specialties. While the commercial fields of business are primarily listed under the "200" series of specialties, make sure you look at the other options and select those that are appropriate for your business.

If you are not registered on www.REALTOR.org
To register, you will need your NRDS ID number. You’ll find it either on the membership card (below your name) that was sent you inside the NAR Membership Kit, or you can locate it on the REALTOR® Magazine mailing label (the 9 digits that appear immediately above your name between the two / symbols:. # /111122222/ 0#.

  • Click on "Register" at the top of the www.REALTOR.org home page.
  • Enter your 9 digit NRDS ID# (without any dashes). To verify your identity, you’ll be asked to enter the last four digits of your social security number.
  • Click on the "Click Here to Proceed with Registration" button and follow the instructions.
