This year’s RPAC priorities include: commission protection, property tax relief, the sex offender ban and affordable health care to name a few. Issues reported to the Action Center will be presented to the Legislative Committee on a monthly basis where we will take appropriate action where we feel necessary on behalf of our membership.

Actively participated in the general real state for a period of not less than two years, formerly one year

Sales qualifying course from 45 hours to 75 hours

Must have three hours of Fair Housing when renewing license

Free CE for 2008 All GSAR members are entitled to up to 25 hours of free continuing education in 2008. Cancellation Policy: A $15 fee will apply if you fail to cancel 48 hours prior to the start of the class. All cancellations must be done in writing to dawson@cnyrealtor.comSalesperson Scholarship Offered through the GSAR Equal Opportunity Committee. April 11th deadline. Scholarship includes price of Salesperson’s class, AND start-up fees including GSAR dues through 2008, CNYIS dues through 2008, token fee, and lockbox fees. $1,200 value End of Current Ethics Cycle is 12/31/08The National Association of REALTORS four year mandatory ethics cycle will end this year. This means you need proof have taken your ethics course between 1/1/05 and 12/31/08.
