Free Open House Postings

All GSAR members have the opportunity to post open houses for all their listings for free. The open house postings are viewed on the consumer side of our website. When in MLXchange and entering in listing information, indicate you would like to post a public open house.

Credit Reports

GSAR will process any credit reports you need completed. Credit reports are $5.00 for individual and $8.00 for joint application. Please fax form to Denee Sarno and allow 48 hours. See bottom of this page for downloadable form.

Mailing Labels

Do you have information you would like mailed to all our members? You can make your next mailing easy and accurate by purchasing mailing labels of all our members. You can mail your material directly to the office of each member.

NYSAR & NAR Meeting Funds

GSAR may cover your expenses for NAR and NYSAR meetings. See bottom of this page for downloadable form.

Arbitration/Mediation Services

Save hundreds or even thousands of dollars in legal fees by avoiding the courtroom and using GSAR’s Arbitration and Mediation process to settle disputes. Contact GSAR anytime to file an Arbitration complaint, or view and download the forms on this site under Professional Standards.

NYSAR’s Legal Hotline

A free question and answer hotline service for REALTORS. Have your member number ready when you call. The hotline does not provide a client lawyer relationship. For confidential legal advice, consult a competent attorney. Call 518-436-9727 or 518-43NYSAR Monday through Thursday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.  

Legal Support

NYSAR and NAR provide financial support to legal cases that will establish a favorable precedent for real estate brokerage, or which preserve the right to own, use and transfer real property. Contact NYSAR’s Legal Action center at 518.463.0300.

REALTOR Toastmasters Group

If you are looking to fine tune your public speaking skills, this is the group for you. Join our local Toast Masters International Chapter and meet with local professionals on a weekly basis to practice speaking in front of a small group. For more info click here.

Class Room Rental

If you are looking for a perfect location to host your next seminar or meeting, consider renting one of GSAR’s three class rooms. Each classroom has the ability to provide you with wireless internet, LCD projector, overhead projector, TV/DVD and a laptop. We can also provide you with coffee, donuts and other foods.

Computer Class Room (12 computer work stations)… $100/ half day or $200/ full day Downstairs Class Room (35 person capacity)… $50/half day or $100/full day
