The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has posted the new guidelines for the homebuyer tax credit on their website. In addition, they have created a video that explains the extension and expansion.

President Obama signs homebuyer tax credit extension, expansion into law

President Barack Obama has signed into law a bill that includes an extension and expansion of the current homebuyer tax credit, an important step in ensuring a real estate and economic recovery.
