10:00-1:00 from the western edge to Morgan Road

11:00-2:00 from Morgan Road east

Note: The Village of Liverpool is split by Morgan Road so the west to Morgan and from Morgan east would apply to the village. Areas such as Galeville and Mattydale would fall to the east of Morgan.
