MLS Rule Violation Form

This form is being provided to all CNYIS Participants and their Subscribers as a way to notify CNYIS Board of Directors of alleged violations of the MLS Rules and Regulations that are “undetectable” by CNYIS Staff. (I.e.:  Listings that are not closed out within 72 hrs.)  This form does not replace the reporting of alleged violations of the REALTOR Code of Ethics.
