Showcase your talent and help RPAC NYSAR is looking for REALTORS® with talent to compete in its first ever REALTORS® Got Talent RPAC fundraising event. The event, which will be held in conjunction with the NYSAR Fall Business Meetings, is inspired by the popular  television show “America’s Got Talent.”

Dear Fellow REALTOR®:

           With a little more than two weeks left before Congress leaves for the August recess, NAR is working hard to get a Housing Stimulus bill on the President’s desk.

There are hundreds or even thousands of people out there blogging about real estate, and most of these blogs are not worth your time.

I’ve decided to create a list of what I believe to be the top real estate blogs. These blogs cover different areas of the real estate world, but they do have a few things in common.

Conditions are ideal for buyers. Prices have moderated, interest rates are hovering near 40-year lows and the number of homes for sale is greater than it has been in 15 years. 

Current market conditions won’t last long. GSAR research shows that prices continue to increase in the Syracuse market on an average of 6% annually.
