We are running the roster for our 2010 Membership Directory at the end of March, so make sure your information is correct! Deadline to update is March 23, 2010.

March 8th thru March 19th at the GSAR office. You will receive $10 off the annual $45 Membership fee. Cost is $37.80 including tax, for 15 months of membership! Includes a FREE second membership card for another household member.

NAR's GREEN Designation Courses Come to GSAR!

REALTORS - Earn your Green Designation! Pass both courses and earn NAR's newest designation.

GSAR Requirement Reminder

All members of the Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS^® (GSAR) are required to attend New Member Orientation within 180 days of joining the Association.

New Member Orientation is a day and a half program which includes Code of Ethics and Agency training (for which you will receive four hours of continuing education (CE) credit) as well as a lot of useful information about your memberships in NAR, NYSAR and GSAR.

2010 Economic Forecast

The Syracuse Chamber of Commerce held their annual Economic Forecast at the OnCenter on January 21st.
