Important MLS Notice

Central New York Information Service, Inc. (CNYIS), Rochester and Buffalo have created one single MLS database for the members.

Please note that the URL for the new system is nys.mlxchange.com. When logging into the new system, you will first enter your User ID, also known as Public ID, which for most users is the first 6 letters of your last name and first 2 of your first name. Then you will enter your Password, which for most users is your GSAR member number or the password you use to log into Instanet.

Property Panorama is now available for all users to create a Virtual Tour for all your listings in the MLS! To find this new feature, you need to go to edit, which will bring you to Listing Summary, then under links, click on "Create a Virtual Tour for Syr" and follow the prompts. Some Commonly Asked Questions:
What is "AVM" Y/N field?   What is"TPC" Y/N field?  You should refer to your broker for your brokers policy.  An AVM is an Automated Estimate of the Market Value and TPC is Third Party Commentary.
