University Neighborhood "Rescue a Rental" Program

UNPA (University Neighborhood Preservation Association, Inc.) has launched a new program with help from Home HeadQuarters to assist new homebuyers in turning rental units into owner-occupied homes within a targeted area adjacent to the Syracuse University Campus.

The Rescue A Rental Program offers up to $4,500 in homebuyer's assistance and a home improvement loan of up to $20,000 at 2.99% interest for approved interior and exterior renovations.  For more information on this program and its specific target area, contact UNPA at (315) 476-5228 or visit their website at www.unpa.net.
