GREEN CORE COURSE:
June 8-9, 2010 9am-5:30pm
12.5 hours CE credit
Learn how to address the growing consumer interest in environmentally-friendly, energy efficient, cost-effective and healthy homes and businesses. In this course, you'll learn about features, systems and retrofi tting options to enhance energy effi ciency, reduce toxins and often provide tax credits. Energy rating systems and their impact on the client's investment will be covered as they relate to sustainability. Your tuition includes your fi rst year's Green Resource Council dues-- a $99 value.

RESIDENTIAL ELECTIVE COURSE:
June 10, 2010 9am-4:30pm
6 hours CE credit
Gain an understanding of green building principles applied to residences so that you'll be better equipped to list, market and sell eco-friendly and energy-efficient properties as well as guide buyer clients in purchasing these homes. Learn to be an advocate for green principles in the design and use of homes and become a positive force for creating sustainable communities.
