HUD just released new FHA loan limits that are good until the end of the year.   This is a very good thing for Central New York home buyers.  It may help the new construction business and some of the higher end homes.

In Onondaga and Oswego Counties:

1 unit- $281,250
2 unit-$360,050
3 unit-$435,200
4 units-$540,850

In Oneida and Madison Counties:

1 unit-$271,050
2 units-$347,000
3 units-$419,400
4 units-$521,250
