Have you fulfilled your Ethics Requirement?

Between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008, every REALTOR® is required to complete a minimum of 2 1/2 hours of Code of Ethics training. REALTORS® who have completed this training as a requirement of membership in another association are not required to complete additional ethics training until the next four year cycle. GSAR offers classroom ethics training throught the year.

If you are not sure if you have completed this requirement, please download the document at the bottom of this page which shows who has yet to complete the training. Please note - if you are registered for an upcoming Ethics class, your name may appear on this list until the completion of that class.

Still need the fulfill the requirement? GSAR has two options for you:

1. GSAR has scheduled TWO classes at the Maplewood Inn in Liverpool:

November 19th, 9am-1pm

November 20th, 1pm-5pm 

Cost is $50 for GSAR members, $60 for non-members. Seats are limited!

2. If you are unavailable for any of the above classes, your last option is to take the Ethics class on-line. The fee is $45 for the on-line class.
