There are hundreds or even thousands of people out there blogging about real estate, and most of these blogs are not worth your time.

I’ve decided to create a list of what I believe to be the top real estate blogs. These blogs cover different areas of the real estate world, but they do have a few things in common.

Free Live Instanet Webinars Now Available

We are excited to announce that we are now offering pre-scheduled, ongoing live webinars for Instanet, our online forms provider, to all of our members at no charge as a CNYIS member benefit!

These webinars will be from 30-60 minutes in length and will be on a variety of topics. The longer sessions will be system overviews and the shorter sessions will be focused on particular feature areas. These webinars will be available to all of our members in good standing on an unlimited basis.

It’s A Great Time to Buy

Conditions are ideal for buyers. Prices have moderated, interest rates are hovering near 40-year lows and the number of homes for sale is greater than it has been in 15 years.

Current market conditions won’t last long. GSAR research shows that prices continue to increase in the Syracuse market on an average of 6% annually.

Have you fulfilled your Ethics Requirement?

Between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008, every REALTOR® is required to complete a minimum of 2 1/2 hours of Code of Ethics training. REALTORS® who have completed this training as a requirement of membership in another association are not required to complete additional ethics training until the next four year cycle. GSAR offers classroom ethics training throught the year.
