New York Real Estate Education

The Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS (GSAR) is a New York State accredited school and offers a variety of classes for real estate agents, real estate Brokers, and home inspectors. To view and register for upcoming courses click here.

Each year we successfully prepare hundreds of students for NYS licensing exams and provide continuing education for licensed NYS real estate professionals. We offer classroom and online real estate course formats.

All courses are taught by top professionals in their respective field and every licensing and continuing education course is approved by New York Department of State.
