Online Licensing Courses
Need to fulfill your educational needs according to your schedule? Online courses allow you to control when and where you learn. All you need is a computer, a printer and internet access. This method does not require any classroom participation and all courses offered are approved by the NYS Department of State. There is a proctored, paper-based final exam requirement for licensing courses (which you will take at GSAR by appointment).
Online 75-hour Salesperson's Course
• 2010 Course Fee $425, plus optional text book and optional online study product (Total Recall Learning)

Proctored Exam:
After you have completed the New York Real Estate Sales Pre-licensing online course, you must take a proctored, paper-based final exam (which you will take at GSAR) before you are eligible to get your transcript and take the state licensing examination. You must be pre-approved to take your proctored final exam. To schedule, contact the GSAR Education Dept at proch@cnyrealtor.com or 315-457-5979 ext.24.
School Policies
How long will I have access to my course?
Courses must be taken within 6 months of registration date. After 6 months, courses will automatically expire and will not be accessible.
If my course has expired, how do I get an extension?
You may purchase a 2 month extension (up to a total 3 extensions can be purchased) for:
Salesperson Pre-licensing Course = $50
Remedial Course = $50
Continuing Education Course = $15
How do I receive my course completion certificate and how do my hours get submitted for credit?
Sales Pre-Licensing and Remedial Course - Once you pass the in-person proctored final exam, you will be issued your course completion certificate.
The school will notify the state that you successfully passed the pre-licensing course.
Real Estate Continuing Education - At the end of the course, you need to print the student affidavit. You will need to sign and fax/mail back the affidavit in order to receive credit for completing the course. Once we receive the affidavit, we will mail you the completion certificate.
What is the refund policy?
Continuing Education refunds are available up to 30 calendar days after the date of enrollment.
Prelicensing refunds are available up to 15 calendar days after the date of enrollment.
There are no refunds for textbooks or the Total Recall Learning exam preparation product purchased as part of a Package.
