Salesperson

Classes will begin February of 2009. The New York State Salesperson's 75 hour Qualifying Course prepares you for your career in real estate and is required by NYS in order to apply for your license. The last day of the class is an exam in which you are given 3 hours to complete. Includes textbook. Total Recall Learning (TRL) is a online interactive study aid that better prepaires you for the NYS Exam.

Broker Courses

Classes will begin February of 2009. The Broker Qualifying Course (45 hours) will prepair you for the New York State Brokers exam that is required to recieve your Broker license. Total Recall Learning (TRL) is a online interactive study aid desgined to help retain exam material. GSAR Members $361.39 with Total Recall Learning (TRL) guide and $275 without guide. Non-members $386.39 with TRL and $300 without.

Continuing Education

Mandatory Ethics Training:

Required by the National Association of REALTORS: Each Realtor member of the association shall be required to complete quadrennial ethics training of not less than two hours and thirty minutes of instructional time. Failure to satisfy this requirement shall be considered a violation of a membership duty for which a Realtor member shall be suspended until such a time as the training is completed. - $50 for GSAR members, $60 for non-members. (4 hours of CE)

Thru the Eyes of an Appraiser:

Learn how to list, sell and close it. - $109 for non-members (7.5 hours of CE)

Contracts:

November 18th 8:30-5

An indepth study of all the contracts and forms used in everyday transactions. -$109 for non-members (7.5 hours of CE)
