The New York State Salesperson's 75 hour Qualifying Course prepares you for your career in real estate. Satisfactory completion of the course and classroom exam are required by NYS in order to apply for your license. Tuition includes textbook. Available at additional cost: Total Recall Learning (TRL), an online interactive study aid that better prepares you for the NYS Exam.

The Broker Qualifying Course (45 hours) will prepare you for the New York State Brokers exam. Total Recall Learning (TRL) is a online interactive study aid desgined to help retain exam material. It will focus on the types of inspections available, any governmental regulations or guidelines for these inspections and strategies for identifying the need for them early and communicating them to the purchasers and sellers. Class discussion will include where these substances are commonly found as well as exposure pathways.

Through the Eyes of an Appraiser:

Learn how to identify the potential assets and defects in a property. Learn how to select the correct comparable properties for your CMA. Discussions include the importance of correctly filling out the profile sheet, use of key words that will help the appraiser reach an accurate value, the values of various adjustments and how to apply them to your analysis.
