Cancellation Policy

Please read this if you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for.

Classes:

A $25 fee will apply to all members who do not show or fail to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class for which they have registered.  Cancellations will be accepted in writing only - e-mailed to dawson@cnyrealtor.com. Once received, you will be sent a receipt confirmation of the cancellation. 

Classes that require payment :

If a request for a refund is received in writing at least 10 days prior to the course, a
full refund will be granted. If a written request is received less than 10 days prior, a
refund less a $25 processing fee will be granted. No refunds will be granted
after the start of the course. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellations:

GSAR reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. 

Emergency Weather Cancellations:

In the case of severe weather, the decision to hold class or cancel will be made the day of class — do not call in advance.  On the day of class, please call our main number (315) 457-5979. 

Please keep in mind, ALL on-site classes are FREE to our members.  Reserving a seat for a class and then not attending prevents other students from participating.  No exceptions. Thanks for your cooperation.
