Cancellation Policy

Please read this if you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for.

Classes: A $25 fee will apply to all members who do not show or fail to cancel at least 72 hours prior to the start of the class for which they have registered.  Cancellations will be accepted in writing only - e-mailed to dawson@cnyrealtor.com. Once received, you will be sent confirmation of the cancellation. Classes that require payment : If a request for a refund is received in writing at least 72 hrs prior to the course, a full refund will be granted. If a written request is received less than 72 hrs prior, a refund less a $25 processing fee will be granted. No refunds will be granted after the start of the course. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellations:

GSAR reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. 

Emergency Weather Cancellations:

In the case of severe weather, the decision to hold class or cancel will be made the day of class — do not call in advance.  On the day of class, please call our main number (315) 457-5979. 

Please keep in mind...  Reserving a seat for a class and then not attending prevents other students from participating.  We strictly enforce our cancellation policy. No exceptions. Thanks for your cooperation.
