There are three types of membership with the Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS. Each membership depends on your profession. Click on the heading that best describes you to download the appropriate membership application.
Designated REALTOR Individuals holding a real estate broker license from New York State, and engaged as principals, partners or corporate officers of a real estate firm.
REALTOR Individuals who hold a NY real estate salesperson license or a NY real estate associate broker license, and are affiliated with a broker as an associate.
REALTOR Broker Individual holding a license issued by New York State and are engaged in the real estate profession other than as sole proprietors, partners, corporate, officers or branch office managers.
GSAR Membership Expenses
Application Fee: $100-$200
Dues: $545 / year

Central New York Information Services
The Central New York Information Services (CNYIS) Inc. is a privately held mulitple listing service company. CNYIS is owned and operated by a group of Broker members of the Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS (GSAR).
All GSAR members are welcome to join CNYIS. Membership depends on your profession. Click on any of the headings for the application.
MLS Broker Member Individual holding a broker’s license from New York State, who are engaged as principals, partners or corporate officers of a real estate firm.
REALTOR/Licensee Individual who holds a real estate salesperson license or a broker license from New York State, and is affiliated with a broker as an associate.
Affiliate Individuals who are NYS licensed home inspectors.
CNYIS Membership Expenses
MLS Access: $150/quarter or $600/year
* All CNYIS Members must also belong to an Association or Board.
