CANCELLATIONS: Requests for cancellation must be received in writing no later than 72 hours prior to the class to avoid a $25 penalty.

A Buyer Representation Agreement is a contract between a real estate broker and a potential purchaser stipulating the obligations and expectations of each. In the past, these forms were not common and often failed to meet the mutual needs of the parties involved. As a result, they were rarely used. Today, brokers and consumers frequently expect their professional relationship to be formalized by a Buyer Representation Agreement that documents and clarifies the responsibilities of both the broker and the purchaser.
